Did Not Attend (DNA) Policy
To ensure fair access to care for all patients:

A DNA (Did Not Attend) fee of AUD 50 will apply if you book an appointment and fail to attend without prior notice.

Patients are requested to inform the clinic at least 6 hours before their scheduled appointment if they cannot attend.

Please avoid making unnecessary appointments to help us serve the community effectively.

Walk-ins and emergency visits are treated separately and may incur additional fees.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the necessary forms.
